To make your order more straight and smooth and to make our service more accuracy and efficiency, please read and follow the procedures of how to order.
Inquiry
- Please advise your specification or original supplier’s part number.
- Or, Indicate our products' part number.
- Quantity of inquiry.
Specification clarification
- Our sales or engineers will confirm your specification.
- If your specification is special type or custom design, we will provide alternative or compatible product to you.
- For custom design or special purpose item, providing draft drawing or picture of your ideal product is also helpful and welcomed.
Quotation
Quotation is base on :
- Sample order. (Quantity under MOQ)
- Minimum order quantity. (MOQ)
- Large or mass quantity.
Samples / Specification
Sample and specification request are welcomed and available for only standard parts.Custom design or none standard samples are also available on request.
Order and confirmation
Order by E-mail is preferred. Order by Fax is ok. Pro-forma invoice is available on request.
Payment
Payment Methods Accepted :
- L/C.
- T/T.
- PayPal.
- Western Union.
Shipment
- New and safety package.
- Invoice and packing list will put in the carton with shipment.
- We will send you tracking numbers when goods are shipped.
