精密 (AR) 的优势是其内部结构的防渗钝化层外加正常的保护涂层。在构建 (AR) 芯片系列时,镍/铬薄膜材料选择性沉积在高纯氧化铝衬底上,加上两端镀一层镍,锡金属。 经过热处理的 (AR) 贴片,使所需温度系数(TCR)更加稳定,精确激光控制过程中调整出精确的电阻值。
