Fusible Resistors - FRN, FKN, and FSQ Series are designed to act as an ordinary resistor under normal circuit conditions, and as a fuse under fault conditions.Token provides fusbile metal/carbon film (FRN), fusbile wirewound (FKN), and fusbile cement resistors (FSQ). Token fusible resistors are primarily designed for fuse lines and conform to the RoHS directive and Lead-free. Fusible resistors can be customed designs and tighter tolerances available on request. Application of fusible resistors specific designs also available including different power size and fusing time specifications adjusted to resistance requirements. It is specially spiraled to provide the fusible function with flame retardant coating. Applications are widely used in constant voltage designed, overload protection, applicable for battery chargers, TV sets, cordless phones, and PC/CPU coolers.
